Join us on Oct. 17 to hear Marci McLean, Executive Director of Western Native Voice, illuminate the barriers to voting that face Native citizens.

About Marci McLean:

Marci is from the Blackfeet Reservation of Montana. Following service in the Army National Guard, she studied at Montana State University-College of Technology where she earned an A.A.S. in Physical Therapy. Marci then attended the University of Montana and earned a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology with a minor in Native American Studies. In the 2012 Election, Marci co-managed field operations for the Western Native Voice voter mobilization campaign.

About Western Native Voice:

Founded in 2011 by a group of Native American women with broad experience in organizing and politics, Western Native Voice is formed to foster Native American civic engagement in Indian communities on the reservation and in the cities of Montana.
